    Shipping & Delivery

    All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours if product is in stock. Most shipping on smaller items 5Kg or less will be shipped by air through Australia post standard delivery service.

    Costs for these items are between $7 – $20 with an average of $12 for standard delivery within Australia.

    Some items such as “made to order” require extra shipping based on size or weight, you will be contacted and advised of the total cost before the transaction is processed and finalised. If an item requires extra cost of shipping it will be noted in the items description.

    Purchase of multiple items will be shipped at cost categorised and calculated by the total weight of all the product including the packaging or container.

    Items listed on product info page as “Postage included” will be shipped free of charge.

    Larger item shipping by Road normally takes 5 business days or less in Australia. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.

    Tracking detail will be provided once the item is shipped.

    Heavy and oversized items

    Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight, you will be contacted and quoted the total cost before transaction will be processed. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.

    Shipping

    Postage costs between $10.75 & $59.95 and takes roughly 5-7 working days from date of order, Australia only.

    Delivery

    We engage a third party to deliver our goods. Their services can impact on the condition of your order once it leaves our warehouse. Whilst we will take precautions to ensure your order arrives in the condition it has left our warehouse, please be aware that we take no responsibility for its arrival condition.

    Our primary and preferred payment method is PAYPAL for both domestic and international purchase. However, TKO Warehouse also offers a number of other payment methods as per follows:

    Payment Gateway – eWay

    Payment could also be made via our secured SSL certified credit card payment gateway “eWay”. However, in the event of order cancellation or refund due to error NOT made by TKO Warehouse, the credit card fee of 2.6% of the total bill paid will be charged based on the amount of payment initially made by the customer.

    All pricing and order detail must be finalized and confirmed prior to any transaction.

    Your order, if in stock, will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours once the payment is cleared.

    Out of stock, special request, made to order item(s) may take longer to be arranged or manufactured and shipped. The customer will be contacted and updated on the estimated time of arrival or completion.
